Payment processing
- Subscriptions and payments for Desko can be processed via Stripe, Razorpay or other gateways based on customer region.
- All card and bank details are collected and processed directly by the payment gateway, not by Desko.
- Desko does not store full card numbers, CVV or net banking credentials on its own servers.
Security and compliance
- Payment gateways used by Desko follow PCI-DSS or equivalent security standards.
- Desko uses HTTPS for secure communication between app, web dashboard and backend services.
- Access to the Desko admin backend is restricted to authorised personnel only.
- Additional details can be added once you finalise your hosting and security posture.
